Jakob Nielsen founded Finecast and leads the development of GroupM’s Addressable TV strategy together with Kelly Clark and Irwin Gotlieb.
Formerly UK Managing Director of GroupM Digital, the largest media buyer globally, Jakob was instrumental in changing the trading strategy of the UK; changes that are being rolled out worldwide.
Having also held key roles within companies like Microsoft, as well as founding two digital marketing start-ups following his Masters of Science degree from Copenhagen Business School, Jakob is a husband and father with passion for F1, football, travel, good food and wine.
Rich Astley oversees the development and deployment of advanced TV advertising product solutions around the world. Working with broadcasters, technology platforms, data providers and advertisers, Rich helps solve the technical challenges to make addressable TV a reality.
Prior to Finecast, Rich worked in video and advertising technology in New York and Seattle and has held several roles in WPP agencies in trading and client leadership roles.
Rich is also a family man with a love of outdoor pursuits and an ambition to one day live on the beach and surf every day.
Kelly Clark is the Chief Executive Office of GroupM Global and provides strategic guidance and advice to Finecast.
Prior to his appointment to CEO, he held several pivotal roles with Mindshare, Maxus and GroupM North America. Kelly has worked in New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. He has worked closely with some of the world’s leading marketers including; NBCUniversal, Target, Unilever, Nike, IBM, Nestle, Kellogg, GSK, Ford Motor Company and L’Oréal.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and now lives in New York City with his wife and three children.
In 2012, after 13 years with GroupM, founding CEO Irwin Gotlieb was named Chairman. He continues to act as the lynchpin of all strategy development with an active role at Finecast.
As one of the most honoured people in media, Irwin has been recognised for his lifelong contribution to the industry. Before joining WPP, he was President and CEO of MediaVest Worldwide, a company that he also founded.
Irwin enjoys photography and anything related to technology, but his most treasured moments are spent with his wife, daughter and grandchildren in LA.
